Barre classes are a fun way to challenge your entire body. Using a mixture of ballet and Pilates technique it targets your glutes, thighs and core, ensuring you get a full-body workout with each session. A fantastic way to sculpt the body using low impact, high-intensity exercises, you will be sure to feel taller and stronger in no time!
Enjoy these classes from the comfort of your own home, all you need is a mat, something to lean on (chair or wall space) and some water and you’re good to go!

Online classes are run online via the portal Zoom. This can be accessed via a free app on portable devices or on a computer or laptop. Please ensure the app is downloaded ahead of starting you session. You will receive a login link via email before your session and will need this in order to login to the class you have booked.
