Barre classes are a fun way to challenge your entire body. Using a mixture of ballet and Pilates exercises it targets your glutes, thighs and core, ensuring you get a full-body workout with each session.
Barre is a fantastic way to sculpt the body using low impact, high-intensity exercises focusing on your posture and alignment with each exercise, you will be sure to feel taller and stronger in no time!

The Barre classes are run online via the portal Zoom. This can be accessed via a free app on portable devices or on a computer or laptop. Class times and online booking are available above. You will receive a login link via email before your session and will need this in order to login to the class you have booked.
Should you wish to reserve a space on a regular basis please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and this can be arranged with payments made monthly.
If you wish to attend more than 2 classes a week on a regular basis then a 10% discount will be offered but you must submit your interest to email@example.com or the discount will not be applied.
ALL classes are free of charge to NHS workers at this time, a valid ID or email from NHS email will need to be provided upon booking.
