Pilates Matwork classes are a fantastic way to understand the method and progress in your own practice. We will work through a range of positions ensuring the entire body is worked, helping to improve stamina, strength and flexibility. Each exercise is executed with precision and focus, to give you greater control of your body and increase your awareness and understanding of how the body can move. You will leave feeling taller, stronger and more in control!

Online classes are run online via the portal Zoom. This can be accessed via a free app on portable devices or on a computer or laptop. Please ensure the app is downloaded ahead of starting you session. You will receive a login link via email before your session and will need this in order to login to the class you have booked.
