Private 1:1 or 2:1 sessions are a fantastic way to introduce you to the method or improve on your existing practice.
These sessions can be tailored to your specific needs to allow you to work on the areas you feel need the most attention. A great way to really get to grips with your body and understand the fundamentals of Pilates.
