An hours class to unwind the body and release unwanted tension. Using flowing and controlled movements we will take time to stretch your muscles allowing them to lengthen and release. Slowing down and bringing the focus inward, we will connect the breath with each movement to help relax your mind and body. Finishing with time to reflect and be still, settling the mind ready for a restful night.

Online classes are run online via the portal Zoom. This can be accessed via a free app on portable devices or on a computer or laptop. Please ensure the app is downloaded ahead of starting you session. You will receive a login link via email before your session and will need this in order to login to the class you have booked.
