solo Sessions vs group Courses

one off Intro solo sessions explained

These are single sessions done in a private solo setting; you and your teacher. We will guide you through Intro level exercises across the Mat, Reformer, Tower and even High Chair.

These sessions are great for you to experience what it means to train in a fully equipped Classical Pilates Studio. Giving you a full overview of all the pieces within the method so you can decide which class you would like to continue with on your journey.

We can work at your pace and chat with you about next steps, whether you choose to move into a group setting or continue with private tuition.

6 week Introductory Courses explained

These are a brilliant way to really understand the fundamentals of the method.

You will be in a group of max 4 people, all in the same stage of their journey, so you can progress and learn together.

Each course will run for 6 weeks, with a full 55 minute session delivered each week at the same time and day. Check our schedule below for the next start date.

In the 6 weeks you will learn;

  • All the Intro level exercises across multiple pieces of apparatus.

  • How to safely use the apparatus, ensuring you and others remain safe at all times.

  • The correct transitions between exercises..

  • The ‘how’ behind the exercises, to really fine tune your movement.

You will leave with a toolkit of exercises, a knowledge of the method and confidence in your body to allow you to progress and flourish in your Pilates journey.
