Every Wednesday morning we will take you through the Classical Mat repertoire, to celebrate the 34 original Mat exercises that Joseph Pilates created. 

Our ONLINE class is the perfect way to get through the Midweek slump and give you energy to tackle the rest of your week with zest and vigour.

7:15am - 8:00am Wednesday mornings.

£12 per class with the 4th FREE!

Classes run on 11th, 18th & 25th March + bonus class on 1st April.

  • March MATness is an online celebration of the original 34 Matwork exercises that Joseph Pilates created.

    The Matwork is a section of the Pilates method that was originally designed as ‘homework’ when you couldn’t make it into the studio. Nowadays it’s a fantastic accessible part that can be practiced in studio and at home.

  • No. We welcome new comers to these classes, where we can offer modifications or alternatives if necessary.

    Due to the simplicity (note not easiness!) of the matwork repertoire we can make modifications without diminishing the flow of the session.

    Come along and feel the benefits yourself!

  • You will need a mat (or something comfy to lay on like carpet or towel), internet connection and a device to logon to zoom with.

    You do not need a zoom account to join. A link will be sent to your email where you can join the sessions.
