YOUR QUESTIONS

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Wear comfortable clothing you can move easily in. We suggest leggings or shorts for the bottom half, for men cycle shorts underneath regular shorts work well.

Please ensure there are no zips on your clothing as this can damage the leather coverings on the apparatus.

Bare feet or socks are fine for in the studio. Note you do NOT need to have ‘grip’ socks, this is a common misconception.

  • Absolutely! We have Intro level classes designed for beginners, you are welcome to jump straight into these. We also run Intro courses throughout the year so feel free to check when our next start dates are.

  • We would suggest booking an Introductory Private session to begin with so we can assess your suitability and discuss with you. Not all studios teach the classical method and it may be different to what you are used to.

If in doubt feel free to contact us to discuss and we can determine the best class specific to you.
