Pilates Matwork classes are a fantastic way to understand the method and progress in your own practice.
We will work through a range of positions ensuring the entire body is worked, helping to improve stamina, strength and flexibility. Each exercise is executed with precision and focus, to give you greater control of your body and increase your awareness and understanding of how your body can move. You will leave feeling taller, stronger and more in control!
Sessions at Open Academy are a great way to get your Pilates fix right here in Norwich, with hands on assistance to guide you and teach you the correct technique it is the perfect way to master the Pilates method!
Classes run in blocks of 5, 6 or 7 consecutive weeks

Classes are suitable for mixed ability however you must be free from any serious injury, not currently pregnant or have been in the past 6 months and have been cleared to exercise by your GP.
